Sheek Shivuk BeClick ("שיק שיווק בקליק") is an advertising and lead-management platform for small businesses in Israel. On the Meta platform it is registered as AutomatedCampaignManager · both names are the same service. The app runs at dashboard.sheekshivuk.com.

• Account details: name, email address, and the Facebook profile ID (if you signed in with Facebook).
• Connected ad accounts: the account ID and name, pixel ID and page ID, and the Meta access token (encrypted at rest).
• Campaign data pulled from those accounts: campaigns, ads, spend and daily performance metrics.
• WhatsApp conversations with leads who contacted the business: phone number, name (if given), message content, a conversation summary, and the ID of the ad the lead came from (if any).
• Events reported to the Meta Conversions API for those leads, and the WhatsApp connection credentials (encrypted).

We do not store your Facebook password, friends list, posts, or any profile data beyond the ID, name and email address.

Email support@sheekshivuk.com from the email address registered to the account, include the business name, and ask for the account to be deleted. The request must come from the registered address · that is how we verify it comes from the account owner.

If you only want to disconnect your Facebook profile without deleting the account, you can do that yourself in the app: Settings → My account → Facebook profile connection.

Within 30 days we delete the account (tenant) and everything attached to it: users, clients, ad accounts and their campaign data, leads and their conversations, integration credentials, and the bookkeeping module's data. Deletion happens at the database level and cannot be undone.

When deletion is complete we send a confirmation email to the address the request came from. Records we are legally required to keep (for example billing records) are retained only for the required period.
